Definitions and Introduction

The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company” refer to Digital Income Academy LLC.
The terms “user,” “you,” or “your” refer to website visitors, customers, and any person who purchases our products or services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of and access to our website and/or any platform through which you have purchased our courses, products, and services, as well as any associated channels, including social media, blogs, emails, or mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”).

The term “Product” includes all digital content, courses, services, and any materials, resources, or information provided through our digital programs and services, including materials delivered via email or other electronic means, webinars, documents, programs, courses, communities, live classes, PDFs, and publications.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of the Terms

By purchasing products from Digital Income Academy LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not purchase our products or services.

Refund Policy and Guarantee

General Policy – Digital Product Nature

Our course has a regular price of $547 USD.
Because access to the material is granted immediately after purchase and the product is 100% digital, we do not offer automatic refunds or cancellations, except as expressly outlined in the conditional guarantee described below.

It is the user’s responsibility to review all course information and these Terms and Conditions prior to making a purchase.

Six (6) Month Conditional Guarantee (NOT AN AUTOMATIC REFUND)

Digital Income Academy LLC offers a six (6) month conditional guarantee, applicable only if the student strictly complies with all established requirements and submits the request within the specified timeframe.

To be eligible, the user must verifiably demonstrate that they:

• Completed the entire course content.

• Applied all strategies taught, without skipping any modules.

• Actively and consistently executed the required actions throughout the full six (6) month period.

• Did not engage in prohibited practices, misinformation, spam, abandonment of the process, or misuse of the content.

• Provided documented and verifiable evidence of implementation (posts, links, records, metrics, screenshots, or other objective means).

The guarantee request must be submitted within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days after completing the six (6) months from the initial course access date.
Requests submitted outside this timeframe will not be considered under any circumstances.

Review and Additional Guidance Session (Optional)

As part of the evaluation process, Digital Income Academy LLC may require, at its sole discretion, that the applicant participate in a private review meeting directly with the creator of the academy, for the purpose of analyzing execution level, actions taken, and areas for improvement.

During this session, the Company may provide additional strategic guidance and personalized recommendations, which the user must apply for an additional determined period (up to a maximum of one or two months).

This session:

• Does not constitute a contractual obligation.

• Does not guarantee results.

• Does not imply an automatic extension of the guarantee.

• Does not ensure the issuance of a refund.

Failure to attend the session, apply the recommendations, or provide verifiable evidence will automatically invalidate the guarantee request.

Evaluation Outcome

If, after internal evaluation, Digital Income Academy LLC confirms full compliance with the requirements and determines that the user did not recover their initial investment, the Company may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, offer a partial refund of the amount paid, considering that the digital content, training, materials, and resources have already been delivered, accessed, and consumed.

The partial refund amount, if approved, will be determined exclusively by Digital Income Academy LLC and does not imply a full refund, nor does it constitute a contractual obligation to refund the full amount.

Purchase Policy

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time and for any reason, including, without limitation, product availability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraudulent purchases.

Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

All course content, including materials, resources, designs, graphics, and videos, is the exclusive property of Digital Income Academy LLC.

Upon purchasing our products, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal and educational use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or exploit the materials without the express written consent of Digital Income Academy LLC.

Optional Coaching

The course is sold as a standalone product.
Any additional coaching, guidance, or extra services offered by third parties or on an optional basis are not part of the core product unless expressly stated in writing.

Affiliate Program and Commission

As an affiliate of Digital Income Academy LLC, you will receive 85% of the value of each sale made through your unique affiliate link.

Sales can only be tracked and properly attributed through that link, and it is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure it is used correctly.
Commissions will be paid within an estimated 3 to 7 business days, provided the sale is valid and free of issues.

Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific results, income, or employment upon completion of the course.
Digital Income Academy LLC provides education and guidance, but results depend on individual commitment, execution, and external factors beyond our control.

Individual results may vary.

Site Use and User Conduct

By using our Site and products, you agree not to engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including spam distribution, viruses, reverse engineering, or any action that may cause harm.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or course if these rules are violated.

Compliance and Refund Policy

Product Delivery:
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the DIA Club course through our platform (Kajabi), along with an email containing access details.

Cancellations:
Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer cancellations or refunds outside the terms established in the conditional guarantee.
